Leadership Development Programme for Executives and Emerging Leaders

Individual Coaching | 12 Months

  • The Leadership Circle Profile™ forms the foundation of our 12-month development programme. During this process, the participant completes a 360 review and is coached through feedback from colleague interviews. During monthly coaching sessions, we explore and gain an understanding of the individual’s behaviour in the workplace and provide an opportunity for reflection and change. Working alongside an individual for 12 months enables us to tailor our approach to ensure long-term sustainable change in behaviours, ultimately impacting culture and business outcomes.

Individual 360 Review & Development Plan

Individual Coaching | Short Programme

  • A 360-review survey with unlimited evaluators using Leadership Circle Profile™. We work with the individual to understand the survey results and help guide the creation of a development plan to support desired changes. Targeted interviews may also be added to this programme.

Collective Leadership Programme

Group Coaching & Individual Coaching | 12 Months

  • We use the Collective Leadership Assessment™ to provide insight into how a team impacts the organisation's culture. Using the results from the assessment, we offer group coaching to understand how the team is working together and what changes will enhance the collective impact of the team. This programme is rolled out over a 12-month period and involves a blend of group and individual coaching to maximise the team's positive impact on the organisation.
